Annae Robinson is the Co-Director of the In Motion School of Dance. Her decades of dance knowledge and infectious enthusiasm make her well suited to continue to push Lizz’s dream, of dance and performance excellence, forward.

Annae has been dancing since the age of four in various styles of dance such as ballet, tap, jazz, modern and street style. She has been a member of the In Motion School of Dance since 2001, and an In Motion Dance Company Member since 2002.  Annae has also participated in a variety of workshops both locally and abroad and most memorable master tap class with Savion Glover.  From the permission of Lizz Pimentel, Annae was able to start her love of teaching at the early age of 15.

She is a graduate of the University of Tampa with a major in Accounting and a minor in Dance Education which further helped her build a strong teaching philosophy, allowing her to be fully qualified in various levels of instruction of dance from pre-school to pre-professional.  Annae is also a graduate of Keller Graduate School of Management recieving her MBA with a concentration in accounting(summa cum laude).

Durning her time at the University of Tampa, she had the opportunity to perform and choreograph in the student choreographed show 'Dance Happenings’, faculty choreographed 'Spring Dance Concert', and made special appearances in the Florida Dance Education Organization Concert, the Collegiate Chorale Performance Department of Music's "Let's Tango!" 

Annae recieved numerous awards such as best new dancer, most distinguished choreography, and choreographer of the year. She was also one of the first students to complete an independent study for dance pedogagy Ages 3-12 allowing her to teach in a local school and dance studio setting.   

Born and raised in Bermuda, Annae is thrilled to be back at In Motion sharing her love of dance and supporting one of her mentors Lizz Pimentel.
