Sarah is originally from Saskatoon and began her dance career at a local competitive studio at the age of five. Since then Sarah has had the opportunity to train in many styles of dance and gain extensive experience in Cecchetti, RAD and Vaganova ballet techniques. This strong technical foundation complemented her contemporary, modern, lyrical and jazz training. Throughout her high school years Sarah trained intensively across Canada within professional training schools including; Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, The Quinte Ballet School of Canada and The School of Alberta Ballet. She has performed in numerous professional performances including a wide array of full length ballets. She has been featured in music videos and on stages all over Ontario; performing in a wide variety of collectives, musical theatre productions and contemporary works.

Following this, Sarah chose to enter the 3-year Teacher Training Program at Canada’s National Ballet School to expand her knowledge and skills as a dance educator. Currently Sarah is thrilled to be teaching, choreographing and sharing her passion throughout the GTA. Sarah has taught and shared her passion for dance at over 50 different studios and dance companies across Canada; including Toronto’s Underground Dance Centre and Vancouver’s Harbour Dance Centre.
