Marie-Jeanne (MJ) started attending her first dance classes when she was 3 years old.  Joining the In Motion family at the age of 6 has allowed her to train in a variety of disciplines such as ballet, jazz, modern, pointe and tap.  She has also participated in liturgical dance, Zumba, Pilates, Barre and Piloxing, and has been an In Motion Dance Company member since 2012.  She has had the opportunity to attend the Ross Creek Centre for the Arts Dance Summer Dance program in 2013 (Nova Scotia, Canada), has participated in the In Motion Works in Progress Showcase (WIPS) as a student choreographer, and is looking forward to the Ballet Jörgen Summer Intensive III (Toronto, Canada) this summer.

MJ has been a part of the work study program at In Motion since she was 11 years old, where her gentle nature helped her build relationships with young dancers.  She hopes that her love of dance will also inspire her students to overcome any obstacles they may encounter and pursue their dreams.

MJ aspires to study Fitness and Dance and to continue expanding her knowledge and experience in various fields of movement.
